What is the UCS DPlug package

When I went to download UCS firmware for upgrades I had three files showing: ucs-k9-bundle-infra.4.1.2a.A, ucs-k9-bundle-b-series.4.1.2a.B and ucs-k9-bundle-c-series.4.1.2a.C. But I also see packages ucs-dplug-5.0 one one and on another I see 5.0 and 5.2. What are these and are they required for my upgrade to 4.1.2a?

Where do you see the packages specifically? They are engineering tools to allow access to the UCS filesystem.
