Where can I download Firmware versions 2.0.6 - 2.0.9 for ucs-c220-m5sx?

I tried looking at the download page but the oldest version there is no lower than 3.

Not sure that the M5s were even released during that time frame.

Checking to see if 2.0 firmware ever applied to M5s.

3.1 was first firmware released on the M5s.
