which firm version to upgrade to during VMware 6.7 upgrade?

We're doing our Vsphere 6.7 upgrade, we have a Cisco UCS environment that's currently on 3.2 firmware.  what's the latest firmware version we have to upgrade to in order to be compatible with the vsphere 6.7?  if anyone can provide a like to such compatibility matrix would be even better.

Hi , 

It depends on few factors  like server Hardware , UCSM managed  ,standalone , CPU etc..
