I have received my unit but its completely in chinese.. and im now a chinese man so i have some difficulties to cconfigure. Could you provide me a english version  of firmware or something to solve that?Thanks Alberto

Is there any way to monitor SIP Protocol via Monitor UDP option that now exists?Is there any plan to add SIP Options Monitoring for example for SIP devices?Best Regards

HiIt seems one of my Thuderbolt Prototype has died. It seems a power supply problem usually had Shevaplugs..It gets green light and ethernet both lights (little dimmed) on.Anyway to recover? ITs RMA? Any way to get a replacement?BR
