Can users that join by audio only be moved into a Breakout Session? We have a use case for this and it does not seem possible. Is there a roadmap item for this feature?

I noticed in my Cloud Collaboration Management portal, each user has a field thats labeled Cloud SIP URI. However its grayed out and unable to populate. Anybody know what this field is for and how to get it populated?
