our system telco-sıp-cube-sip -cucm-sip-third party ivr  when the customer call the agent.coulnd,t calling . problem 3 5 time a week and 1 or 2 minutes

I have problem dtmf . my system  TELCO - sıp - CUCM - Third party ivr when ı call the ivr and press the ivr button.the first button is working but couldn'!t work second and the other button and when we log the ivr the first button repeat 10 times
