What you need is the Webex Connect Sandbox, I believe.https://cpaas.webex.com/products/webex-connect/sandboxI don't know if anything has to be enabled inside the Webex Calling to let you connect to the other sandbox.

UCCX has always been the black sheep, i feel.With every New version of CUCM you get a new version of Unity, CER, everything... except UCCX. So, I can't upgrade to CUCM 15, because I use UCCX... I always have to wait 6-12 months before UCCX is updated...

You can get very detailed reports, if you use a tool like Variphy. With Variphy you can massage that report like nothing UCCX has ever seen! www.variphy.com
