I expect this is to do with the fact that the CTI interface is not partition aware.Try using a translation from 0 (with appropriate partition) to a unique Pilot point number for each location.e.g 0/PTN-SITE2 -> 8000Justin.
Apparently this is working as designed. The CFA status is only updated when the AC does a new search and it have to be for fewer than a certain number of devices that match for it to be displayed (10 I think) for performance reasons.Regards,Justin
