hi, i have an inquiry about the following case:
O- a customer have a CUCM v.11.5 out of support ,also he will get a new CUCM v.14
O- so we will let him get the flex plan licenses only ( not a CUCM server)
O- is it must to offer the vmware licenses ...
the CCW has a call manager announcement without any retirement documents as they will reach the EOS by 2-3-23 so is there any documents for a replacement or suggestions ??
i did not find the expressway C & E after configuring the CUCM v14 licenses on the flex plan 3, as they are not mentioned in the configurations with zero cost also , could anyone help?

yes i was searching for the HW server and i found that the replacement is the M6 but it is still in the pre-launching mode also not available on the CCW too, so we have to wait
