Hi,when I assign the service "Basic Supplemental I" to a user, and use "/v2.0/user/ <userid> / calls" to see the active calls, it returns nothing.returns me empty even when there is a call running. anyone know why?
I am analyzing XSI documents and I found the fac access codes, but not how they are used, could someone help me and give me some guidance or an example?
how can i place a call in local hold and then return it to its normal state.I'm using "calls / <call_id> / hold", but put the call in remote hold and can't put it back in the active call state. help please

I still can't see the active calls. with the "Basic Supplemental I" service assigned, the url returns nothing, but without "Basic Supplemental I" assigned, if I can see the calls.
