4451-X ISR new IOS flags "service instance" commands

I'm using a 4451-X ISR with cisco SM-X-ES3-16-P plug-in module.  I have been successfully running with the Cisco IOS XE version 03.16.02.S.We recently purchased a new 4451-X with the same plug-in modules but it came with Cisco IOS XE version 03.16.09...
