Yes, default gateway is a cisco device, i added route and now all works fine, vpn clients can access. Thank you very much!

Yes, it helped, i can now ping asa lan address (116.40). Now i need to add a static route to 10.144.116.0/23? Because PC and servers had 10.144.116.1 as a default gateway (this is necessary to access other internal networks)

I tried it, but it didn't help, and i noticed one thing. I check windows route table after establish connection, and saw that gateway assign - 172.16.100.1, but asa has no such ip address.

I added this line, but it did not solve the problem, there is still no access to the local network.. Even with disabled second nat rule
