I think you can use Alerting Name option in the line configuration to display the "service desk" for internal calls . For external calls you need to reach out to the phone service provider.
I would suggest collect tech support logs from cimc and it get it analysed by tac for any hardware failuers that could have cause this issue.
Also you can have a look at faults and logs in cimc to check for any hardware failuers.
