Hi Crish, Yes, same css has been assign to device and line. But it will select line css 1st as line css has high priority.

When extension 1000 goes off hook phone is not auto dialing (I can here Dial-ton) . I have also checked by changing Line CSS ( added RP's PT on Line css) for testing. by changing Line css, I can dial 2000 number manually.
