WS-C2960L-SM-8TS cannot access web ui after firmware update

At the beginning, I connect only one PC to the switch, the PC running DHCP and can get a IP from the switch, then I can access the switch web ui (192.168.1.1), after login I haven't change any setting then I go to update the latest firmware downloade...
