Hi Can someone confirm if an agent receives a direct call to his ACD.After the call is over,will the agent continue to be in Not ready or the system should change him back to ready?
I want to run cuic reports using agent id instead of the agent default firstname.last name. Can this be done by editing anything in the value lists?How can i do it using stock reports.Or is this going to be custom reports?
This bug is listed as fixed but there is no fixed version listed. 
According to the bug notes, time will happen and it will affect everything.  There is no work-around.
