Hello, I've contacted them, now I'm waiting for their feedback. The purchase was made via ebay so I hope we can reach a solution together.

No warranty. It's a second hand card that I bought for my CCNA home lab.I suspect the card as being bad because I tried it in 2 other routers and the same issue appears. I tried to clean the EHWIC connectors and didn't help.
