I have this problem too, running v4.2.3.07 (Oct 8 2015 15:29:55), on RV042G V01, speed out of modem is 250x20mbps, speed out of router is 100x3mbps.... nothing works to increase the speed out of the modem I've tried a bunch of things, nothing works....
