PAP2T error - led blinking pattern

A few days ago my PAP2T stoppd working. Power led is showing below pattern (amber color): quick, quick, quick, slow, slow, slow, quick, quick, quick (3Q, 3S, 3Q). Connected phone has no signal, doesn't respond to **** Any ideas what has gone wrong?
