Cisco 7841 SIP line

Hi,We are using the Cisco 7841 SIP. when a call is ringing in on the phone, we don't see a way to get another line for a dial tone and make a call. Pretty much we can't make a call when the phone is ringing. any idea? thanksBenito

thanks for the reply. I open the browser and enter the IP of the phone and I only get a Device information page. I don't get the Admin page
