DCM(D9900 Digital Content Manager) not detect in Upgrade It tool.
Getting error message " Cannot get aconfig.txt or bconfig.txt from target"
Find the attachment from clarification.
Pls do the needful asap.

My laptop connected directly to DCM, i checked my pc no blocked any FTP port.
I can able to login telnet with guest account.
I have three no of DCM two is works fine .
one is getting error from upgrad it tool
Pls do the needful.

I already added guest/guest account in OS account with permissions including SSH
Still i have error
error message :
"Cannot get aconfig.txt or bconfig.txt from the target".
Pls do the needful...ASAP.
