Convert a CP-6921 to standard SIP

I have a CP-6921 which I would like to use on standard SIP. Can I change the firmware & if so where would I download it from?

Cisco SPA504G & Spa303 can't dial # as first digit

We have a situation where speed dials in the system start with a # i.e. #400 but as soon as you dial # you get "Invalid Number". Can anyone help with which setting I need to disable to allow the # to be dialed.
