Is ping successful to that switch ..? If yes , there might be some issues in acl or vty configurations..! try to double check acl and vty configurations.

Since that firmware has worked, you should probably use CLI for configuring whatever you may need. As switch model seems to be EOL, so I doubt if GUI could work perfectly . Just use CLI. If you might need some helps on how to configure different para...
