Cisco has never acknowledged (as far as I know) that there is a problem with this model. They just keep releasing firmware updates. Maybe one day it will actually work as advertised.

This model seems to have a major problem with making and maintaining any vpn or remote connection. Firmware updates haven't helped. I have two, unfortunately, and will have to replace them.
