Hello, My client has a UC540 system. We are trying to connect it to internet. We have got a static ip address, subnet mask, default gateway, primary and secondary DNS ip address from ISP. Can anyone help me configure UC540 so that we can configure our system to connect to internet using CLI. I would also like to access this particular router remotely. I was trying to use CCA but unable to do so. Will have to use CLI and I am very new to CLI. I have configured ip address for fastethernet 0/0 (WAN interface of UC540). Hi David, I tried using CCA but was not able to do do. When I tried to configure Internet addresses in CCA it added all the required information but then it greys out. Second time when I went in there I couldnot even enter the information and it greys out. I cannot select anything. Plus when I saw the running config using CLI there is no ip address under fastethernet 0/0. So I think my CCA is not communicating properly with the UC540 box. Thank you.

Hello, Can anyone help me configure Cisco IP Conference Phone 7937G with UC560. Is there any special steps to perform for configuration or just as a normal Cisco IP phone connect directly to the router, assign extension using CCA and it will start working? Do I need to perform additional steps to configure this conference phone like registering it with TAPS? How can I activate the conference phone and how can I get the TAPS extension to activate it? Hi Everyone, I am using UC540 at my client site. They are able to access internet using the ethernet cable but are not able to access internet using Wi-Fi. The router is broadcasting the SSID (Cisco-data) and we are able to connect to router, but we are not able to connect to internet using Wi-Fi. Both their voice and data are on different vlan. Hi Everyone, We have a UC540 unit installed. And lately, my client is facing some problem with it. My client would start with dialing the number and then pick up the phone. When client picks up the phone it should start dialing the number but instead they hearing it dialing on the loud speaker in the warehouse and when the numbers are done dialing it just stays on as speaker. Hi, I am using UC540. I have 3 blast groups created which has three different DID numbers assigned to it. How can I set up a callerID for each of these 3 blast groups. For example, if a user from a prticular blast group dials out his outgoing number at the other end should be displayed as his Blast group's DID number. Please can anyone help me with this. Thank you. Thank you for replying back to me. Currently I dont have access to AP directly, But I have running configuration file saved with me and it says version 12.4. We refered to deployment guide. Hi David, Thank you for replying back to me. I have one more issue with this. We migrated to aa PRI line. After migration we are not able to make international calls. It cuts right after 10 digit. So suppose if we want to dial 901133160306090 international number, router cuts off before we dial all the digits. Rest all numbers we are able to dial in (local, national and toll free numbers).
