How many user can the UC520 running 8.2 firmware support. When I did a syatem upgrade the system said 14 licensed users. Is this the max or can I buy a license pack to add more users??

Good to know on the volume I didnt know the Cisco would fail back to the internal. I am doing a couple more test, internal extension to extension with hold, and checking MP3 volume. Hopefully thats what is all it is, will update you all asap.
