I've done some digging on this and i keep finding mixed data. Some sites say its compatible but cisco's site says its not.Can someone tell me if the WS-X4712-SFP+E line card is compatible with the 4510R+E core switch running the WS-X45-SUP8-E superv...

The cores are running older code cat4500es8-universalk9.SPA.03.06.04.E.152-2.E4.bin which I believe translates to 3.6.4(MD). I looked on the support downloads for the SUP 8-E and see that cat4500es8-universalk9.SPA.03.06.04.E.152-2.E4.bin is under 3....
