Hi,I scheduled a job to edit an ACL, and the job started as it should, but it has been running for days and hasn´t finished and i can´t stop it. I´m using telnet and i didn´t check the "abort on error" box.Any ideas to stop the job?Thanks!!!!!
IPM was working fine, but now i can´t create new collectors or edit the existing ones. That´s because the edit button on the menu bar is not available, while the file, view and help do are available.Any suggestionsThanks in advance
Is it possible to monitor Cisco Access Registrar with Cisco Works. Do i need additional MIB. CiscoWorks can reach the CAR server but that´s itAny ideas?
I installed RTM 1.2 but i try to login, so i write the username and password set during the installation but it i can´t login. Is there a way to make password recovery or something like that?Thanks
Thanks, and you´re rigth, it´s ACL Manager of CiscoWorks, and i´ll try to kill the job from there.It was the first job i scheduled and i haven´t shceduled another one since.Thanks Again!!!!!
I did just that and the error i get is: Couldn´t access the Netscout Server. Make sure is running.I ckecked, and the nGenius Server is running. I also tried to restart the Server but it didn´t work.
I followed the procedure assuming the location is /Program FIles/nGenius/binBut when i executed the file password_reset.sql, windows prompts me to choose the program to open thah file and the password isn´t reset
