"Open" is grayed out on Network Recording Player on Mac

I installed the latest version of Network Recording Player on Mac (macOS Catalina 10.15.7).  When I launch this, the "open" option under File menu is grayed out.  Any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks,-Srini T
