Hello, We have a CME site with 2811 router and FXO cards. I am able to hear the ring but the phone does not ring. Internal calls work fine, outbound calls are fine. But phones not receiving inbound calls. Help please.

I changed '3551' to '3500' which is an extension in use. When I dialed the 10 digit number it is ringing on her extension. She also has 3 other lines on the same phone. How can I make it to ring?
Hi Daniel, I could not get a right answer yet. There is still incoming calls problem. I have attached the debug. Could you please help me out. It shows disconnect cause value 1 (number unassigned) and cause value 17 (user busy).
@TerryCheema I am a newbie here, FYI, our calls go through a sip trunk. I telnet into it and start the debug. After I make the call I can see nothing going on. Is there something I am missing. Please help..
Hi Daniel, I tried to call the number which has the plar 5510 associated. It rings twice and gives me a fast busy signal. Do you recommend making all the connection plars set to 5510? Thanks,Ram Atkuri.
