Cannot control my access server from specific subnet

Hello all,I'm trying to telnet to my home lab from my office. I'm able to login to my access server. But when I try to do "CTRL +Shift +6 +X" my telnet session freezes. But I can telnet it from any other subnet. I need experts suggestions. Thank you.
