HiI have setup call redirect to outside number to company which handles call after hour. Scripts work fine during day but after 6pm, when somebody dials, it trys to transfer the call, rings once and then system play message, system error has occured....
HiAny one got example of script that assign token to each call comes to IPCC express. I am using 4.04 premium version. I found example on cco but not clear.thanks in advance.cheersshahid

HiI have installed IPCC 4.04 and after configuration, I cant login , it gives me error Authentication error. I have used Administrator account with ciscocisco initially and it worked fine.Any ideas.br,shahid
