I have this phone spa525G2 at first i was able to access the web gui but i could not change any configuration when ever i could go to admin login it was requesting for user name and password which i did not have so i decided to do a reset on startu...

This is why Cisco is loosing it if you let your customers be cheated like this then what do you expect I have the same problem and I can state am not gonna promote Cisco again until they help out there customers on how to solve this problem with the ...

Maybe you did not get my problem very well I said I can access the gui but when I go to advanced to try and make changes it dies not give me the right in fact it does not give me space to make changes As attached
