i have a cisco aironet 2504 wireless controller and cisco 1600 series AP. I have issue getting internet access on the mobile devices but I do not have any problem for the notebook to get internet access.

i have enter the serial number and the portal "show warranty covered, type unavailable" but the contract status "show not covered".
So am i still able to get a RMA replacement for the switch ?
