Cisco 3850 error after upgrade

Hi, i tryed to upgrade software from 16.03 to 16.09.After install and reboot I saw this on repeat:mainboard hardware authentication failed. abort initDoes anyone know how to fix it? P.s. writertc command from rommon did't help.Thanks!

I tried load in bundle mode, but 16.3.x version, also has "mainboard error". I can try 16.12.x version tomorrow, but think what result will be same.
