Have you tried different browsers? I had several problems solved at different DNAC versions by using another browser.. while not a perfect solution, it does work around the problem..

A TAC case is needed - we had the same problem.. a few (although not exactly timely) responses, an engineer connected remotely and fixed something in the internal DNAC databases which solved our problem.
