Hi,I cannot find how to configure recurrent reports. It supposed to be in Go -> Configure-> Recurring Reports, but I guess that this "bottom" was available in Netmanager 1.0, and it's no more longer there.Thank you in advance.

In our company, we have solved this with Cisco Vcs Expressway where Jabber does not requires VPN connection.

Hi It looks like a a dial plan or permision problem. Cause i = 0x8181 - Unallocated/unassigned numberMake sure that the CSS of the gateway and the PT of the final Phone are correct.
