CSCvf77029 - Add CPU utilization limit during the Full Scan.

Anyone having  this issue when manually running a full file scan from the AMP console? It renders our computer unusable as AMP takes up 100% CPU. A way to throttle CPU during normal operations will be a good feature as well.
