Does anyone know how to remedy the 15min cutoff on loudspeaker. I *thought* it was on conference calls, but just had it on a normal conversation, i.e. voice traffic both ways.

Does anyone know how to factory reset the phone without the Admin login? (If I had this,I wouldn't need to reset!) If I use the phone menu for reset I just get a login, but my existing VOIP provider doesn't know it!Thanks in advance
I am using SPA502G with a SIP Voip service, but the software supplied (Broadcom toolbar) is very unreliable. How can I obtain Cisco IP Communicator, and will this be any better for Outlook integration?Cheers
