No able to launch the PCCE sandbox from the sandbox environment

Hi all, I've been trying to launch the PCCE Sandbox lab and getting access denied when trying to launch it.   Please help.   Thanks,Derek

UCCE / PCCE is not listed in the Sandbox catalog

Hi, We cannot find the UCCE or PCCE listing in the sandbox Catalog.   Can you please let us know when it will be back on-line.

Cannot login to UCCM using the provided password.

We are using the PUCCE 11.5 sandbox and are trying to login to the UCCE CM with Administrator and password but not able to authenticate.

We just reserved a new sandbox and services not running / working
