I have attached a screenshot of Cisco RTMT that shows the calls. We receive calls that are labelled as "911", however, there is no answer. More than likely it's a spoofed call, however, has anyone else run into this and if so, how did you remedy the situation?

Good Day,
I am running CUCM 10.5.1 and trying to install the following device pack:
cmterm-devicepack10.5.2.15097-1.cop.sgn
I want the pack for a CP-8821 wireless IP phone that we just purchased.
I have downloaded several different cop files and get the same results. On Software Installation, the file displays the following:
Major, minor and maintenance version numbers obtained from the name do NOT match those of the current version.
Any suggestions on why this would be happening? Thank you.

Good Morning,
I have been trying to upload the .loads and .tgz files to my TFTP server. The load file uploads fine and can be searched for, however, the .tgz looks as if it's uploading, but does not show up in a search.
The file is : pkg1.dx650.10-2-5-194.tgz

Hi Mohammed,
The entire set of softkeys. They are displaying the "On Hook" configuration, regardless of the state of the phone. Once all call comes in, my template should change to give the "Park" option, but it does not.

My softkey templates for 7841 SIP phone will not change when connected. Is there a firmware update that will take care of this?
