I have a wireless controller 2504 with maximum AP of 75. I am nearing this limit now, what options do i have to increase this?

Can you check if your native VLAN is uniform across the network?
Confirm if it can join the WLC when connected to the cisco 300 next to the 3750.

Please confirm if you have configured ip default gateway on both switches?
If yes, can you try assigning an interface to VLAN 97 in SW1 and connect PC1, let us check if we can get a DHCP IP in SW1.

At which port do you connect the PC1 in SW2?
Can you hard code ip address parameters in PC1 and connect to SW2 see it it can connect to the network.

In addition to yunas instructions, please make sure you put the right gateway for each of your devices. Two different gateway IP addresses, one for each VLAN.
