What about a scenario where the PSTN caller gets the Manager's VM and elects to hit 0 for an operator. Unity transfers the call to the Operator but the Operator does not anser. The call goes to the Operators voicemail. Is there a way to have it go...

I just learned from TAC that this behavior is in fact a bug. The CFA CSS should be inherited from the device, but it is not. TAC tested in the lab to verify that is was a bug. The only solution was to upgrade to CM 3.3.Dan
