What is the process to upgrade a DX80 registered via MRA - it exists in CUCM, however, upgrading the usual way by entering the new Phone Load name does not work.  Unit does not proceed with the upgrade. 
While the device config in cucm is set to Auto Answer, the DX80 will not auto answer - just rings and rings until manually answered.  This was working for some time, and suddenly stopped working.
