Is there any plan to allow agents to login to their agent desktops via the web? Rather than being tied to a computer with the agent desktop thick client installed?
Are there default grammars used by CVP? Or do they all have to be explicitly defined in external or inline grammars? ASR partner seems to think there are some universal grammars (for example: agent, help, exit) that need to be overridden).
Thanks Jeff. Can we reference external grammars in a Hotlink? ASR third party wants to include phrases rather than just the word 'help'.I do not have a studio license therefore cannot investigate myself.
