Dilemma - since VOF (Virus Outbreak Filters) are the last step in the message pipeline, do you hurt VOF performance by stripping attachments with filters? Specifically for attachment types you never would allow in anyway (EXE, COM, etc)? Scenario On...

apparently we need to FIRST go to 6.0.0-754 and THEN we can see 6.1.0-304 (this was NOT a prerequisite when we upgraded our TEST boxes from 6.0.0-747 directly to 6.1.0-301).GRRRR..... :x

We were expecting to see 6.1.0-301 availalable this morning but now only see 6.0.0-754 (we are at 6.0.0-747). We received the "Release Notification" and scheduled our upgrade for today. Where did 6.1.0 go? Was it pulled due to major bugs?

Thanks all for the great suggestions! Believe it or not, I think a sendmail + milter for A/V solution actually keeps the connection open with the sending MTA during the AV scan, allowing a 550 back to the sending MTA when a virus is found. For mos...
