I am running CUCM V 11 and CUCX V 11. I have a centralized SIP Telco interface which does not allow numbers that are not "owned" by my company to place calls over the SIP trunks. When callers get the VM of one of our sales people they can use Option 3 to reach that person on their mobile device. The caller ID sent is that of the original calling party which the Telco then rejects as it is not a number owned by us. I have been changing the outbound caller ID fields in the SIP trunk setup between Call manager and CUCX but it has not had any affect.
Hoping someone out there has had a similar issue and can help out.
