Downloaded the file and the _new file went away. after that I was able to update FMC to 7.2.8. Thank you so much.

Thank you for reply so fast Marvin. I tried the command on the 4 files and it worked. but the last one with the _new failed. I attached the 2 results. any ideas? Thanks.
