Erwin,Have you updated the ATA firmware to the latest release? I have found that the fax with T38 appears to be a bit more reliable on 1.3.1.

That dialplan looks quite US centric. I would give this a go for a UK plan. It's not perfect, but it'll cover most bases.(*xx|*xx#x.|00xxxxxxx.|0[1-9]xxxxxxxxx|1xx|118xxx|99x|91x|*141#x.)

Do we have a rough eta on when the next official firmware release will be? 1.3.1 (003) appears to be much better than 1.2.1 (004), but would like an official release to roll out to the estate.
