hi Nipun It is only for external calls coming into the system Outbound calls are ok Calls internally are ok ISP-->NTU at customer premises--> UC540W-->Phone

Thanks I downloaded Jabber 10.6 and this worked with BE3000 by setting the advanced settings CUCM server to 8.6 and giving the IP address
